Delivery charges and policies
Holiday period 2017
I've chosen to close this online shop and my spinning-related one, handspinner.co.uk, so currently all prices are marked down until stock is gone.
To be fair to other sellers at this busy time of year, I won't be mailing out until everything's back to normal in January. Please pop back then if your order can wait.
Packaging and Delivery charges - UK
Flat rate of £1.75 per order. That's all. Even better than that, I'll give you one of these p2tog.com knitting project bags with orders over £50
Please note that I no longer dispatch every day. Please see the 'next dispatch:' message beside the 'add to basket' button. For UK I use Royal Mail first class which is usually next-day delivery.
Delivery charges - Europe and the rest of the world
With apologies to the rest of the world, I have reluctantly had to stop posting anything overseas.
If you're outside the UK, please don't order, I'll have to return your money.
I will follow the EMAS principles of continuous monitoring and improvement as far as possible.
Please see my Environmental Policy and related information at Handpsinner.co.uk which applies to this website as well.
I will hold your information securely and only use it for the purpose it was given. I will never pass it on to anyone else for any reason.
I offer Paypal as a payment method. This is a safe and easy way to pay.
You will see a padlock in your browser when you are paying indicating that your information is being sent securely. I will not see your card details, just receive a notification that you have paid.
Paypal will email you a receipt - please keep this as a record of your payment. I will send you a personal email when the parcel is ready or has been dispatched.
I aim to be as fair and reasonable as I can. If there is a problem with an item, please contact me. I'll try to resolve any problem as quickly and fairly as possible.
Please note that if an item is returned that is as described and fit for purpose, then my policy is to refund the cost of the item but not the outward or return postage.
I would honour a mistake for smaller sales, but it's a common misconception that the retailer is always obliged to honour mistakes. I reserve the right to simply refund any money paid if a significant mistake has been made with the price or description.
